WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE: READY MADE / SEMI-CUSTOM / CUSTOM?
READY MADE designs that you can find on our website are pre-designed pieces where you can customize your fonts and colors but the design elements stay the same. This is perfect for if you don't have much time.

SEMI-CUSTOM is another option that we offer, it is when you take a pre-existing design whether from our CUSTOM DESIGN samples, or from our READY MADE and tweak it a bit further to fit your needs. This is a great option if you have some time but still on a budget.

 

CUSTOM DESIGN means that we work with you one-on-one to create a design that is unique and made special just for you. It's like getting a bespoke outfit made to fit just perfectly. Keep in mind that most custom projects can take anywhere from 2-4 months.


HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?
Custom designs vary in cost, we will provide you with an estimate once we find out all the details of what is involved.

 

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER?
Invitations should go out 6-8 weeks prior to your event. Leave 1 month for RSVP deadlines.
Save the dates can go out up to a year in advance.

Letterpress orders take 3 weeks to print after final approval. Flat printed pieces take 2-3 weeks.

HOW DO I ORDER?
All items can be ordered online or for custom work, please contact us.

SAMPLES
You can order our sample pack online (they are $15 a set). Supplies may vary, please contact us to see what we have available.

GETTING AN ESTIMATE
Click here to request for an estimate. Please be detailed as much as possible.
Few things to note are: Quantity needed, date of event, pieces needed (invite, rsvp etc), type of printing and budget and time frame.
It's ok if you do not have all the information to start your estimate.

I'M READY TO START MY CUSTOM DESIGN, WHAT NOW?

Once you approve the final estimate, we will need a non-refundable 50% deposit and a signed project agreement. All wording , color and font choices are needed to start your first proof.

 

ORDER PROCESS
All proofs are in pdfs via email. All custom design orders get 2 rounds of free changes. All additional changes are £50 per round.  Custom designs can take up to 2-4 weeks for the first proof.

All ready made designs ordered online get 1 free round of proofs. All additional proofs are £30 per round. Proofs are sent within 4 days of the order.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
All our orders are shipped by Collisimo all around Europe. Shipping time will depend on the location.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A PERSONALIZED ITEM BUT NEED A CHANGE
As long as we have not gone to press, we can make a change. Some things may require a change fee. Email us your change request and we will get back to you with turn around and additional fee costs if applicable.
